SHIPPING COSTS & CALCULATIONS

Please note shipping will be calculated at the checkout according to Ax Paris' actual despatch costs.

We ship a maximum of 20KG per box. 

Our chosen courier is DPD and shipping costs are calculated per box and are non negotiable. The cost of shipping varies from country to country, please see below the cost of a box per 20KG to your location. 

UK & Northern Ireland- £10

Republic of Ireland, Germany, France, Cyprus, Malta, Netherlands and Portugal- £15

Customers based outside the UK

If you're located outside of the UK you will be liable to cover the cost of vat and customs fees. AX Paris is responsible for the cost of delivery only. 

Please Note: Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

Making your own arrangements

If you would like to make your own arrangements for collection and/or shipping your order, we are open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Collections must be picked up within these hours.

Collections can be made after recieving a notification email stating the order is ready to collect. Collections must be made within 7 days of notification.
